Unbeatable location facing charming square. Great bed and small kitchen. Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect for next visit.

The location of the hotel was perfect, situated right in the heart of the city. We were close to everything of interest, with many different restaurants to choose from just a stone's throw away. The room provided stunning views of the market in the square, making for a truly magical experience. The accommodation itself was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a rich history that added to its charm.

The valet parking service offered by the hotel proved to be problematic, as we had to wait for our car on the street with our luggage, and unfortunately, there was a large scratch on the right side of the car when we finally received it.

The spacious apartment had a historical charm and fine views of Erbe Plaza. The central location allowed for easy access to the market and other attractions. The staff was helpful and provided really good customer service. a beautiful accommodation at a great value.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel - the location was perfect, right in the heart of old Verona under the tower and next to the big square where we had a wide choice of different restaurants. The cleanliness of the rooms was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great. We loved the fact that we had two small balconies with a fine view of the square, where we could sit and watch the world go by. The staff was helpful and friendly, providing us with great recommendations and tips on what to see and where to eat. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had everything we needed. we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We stumbled upon this gem during our road trip and were blown away by the amazing location right overlooking Piazza Erbe. The staff, especially Dennis, went out of their way to make us feel welcome and accommodated. The comfortable beds, well-equipped apartment, and double glazed doors ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The water heater issue was quickly resolved, and we highly recommend trying the homemade pasta at the Borsalino cafe below.

The attention to detail is evident, with a bottle of prosecco waiting for us in the fridge on arrival, making for a delightful welcome.
